Ford Asks 3rd Circ. To Boot $30M Verdict To Truck Dealers

Law360, Philadelphia (July 18, 2013, 1:28 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. asked the Third Circuit on Thursday to overturn a nearly $30 million jury award to 11 former former truck dealers for the company, arguing that language in its contract with the dealers gave it the right to discontinue its truck business.
