Jury Favors Music Site In Antitrust Row With Denver Nightclub

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 8:06 PM ET) -- A Colorado federal jury on Wednesday sided with music download website Beatport LLC and its founder, finding against antitrust and trade secret claims brought by a Denver nightclub owner who alleged Beatport's founder attempted to monopolize the local market for live disc jockey performances.
