Crash Victims Sue Ben & Jerry's For $10M Over Seating Area

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 8:09 PM ET) -- Two patrons of an Englewood, N.J., Ben & Jerry's who were struck by a car while eating ice cream at an outdoor table now want at least $10 million from the franchise because its outdoor seating area allegedly ran afoul of municipal law.
