Pa. High Court To Tackle Judge's Ticket-Fixing Suspension

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 1:30 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed Thursday to hear the case of a suspended traffic court judge, who is among nine judges embroiled in a ticket-fixing scandal, and consider whether it has conflicting authority with the state's Court of Judicial Discipline to suspend judges.
