Miami-Area Businessman Convicted In $40M Investor Scheme

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 7:07 PM ET) -- A Florida federal jury on Friday convicted a top executive of bankrupt Miami Beach-based manufacturing company InnoVida Holdings LLC on charges that he and a fellow executive conned investors out of $40 million.
