3rd Circ. Won't Decide NLRB Challenge Until Canning Ruling

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 7:39 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit put on hold Monday the National Labor Relations Board's challenge to the court's recent decision that former NLRB member Craig Becker's recess appointment was invalid, while it waits for the U.S. Supreme Court to decide the blockbuster Noel Canning case.
