Stand-In For Insolvent Insurer Must Pay Up, NJ Court Rules

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 6:06 PM ET) -- A New Jersey organization that provides a safety net for policyholders of insolvent insurers can't dodge coverage for the victim of a motor vehicle crash because other benefits that he received outstripped its own maximum liability, a state appellate court ruled Monday.
