RadioShack Asks Court To Ditch Managers' OT Suit

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 7:40 PM ET) -- RadioShack Corp. on Friday urged a New York federal judge to dismiss a former store manager’s proposed class action accusing the company of violating New York's labor laws by miscalculating his overtime, saying its compensation system is lawful and the manager is improperly invoking a federal regulation to pursue a state law claim.
