Billionaire’s Resort Says Ex-Workers Stole Info For Wyndham

Law360, Houston (July 16, 2013, 8:58 PM ET) -- An upscale Texas Gulf Coast hotel owned by billionaire Tilman Fertitta launched a suit in state court Monday accusing two former managers of violating their employment agreements by conspiring with Wyndham Worldwide Corp. to steal proprietary guest lists and poach other employees.
