NJ Appellate Court Won't Disturb County Jail Contract Award

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 9:06 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appellate panel Tuesday refused an effort to overturn Passaic County, N.J.’s award of a contract to upgrade a jail’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning and fire protection systems, ruling that A&A Industrial Piping Inc.’s competing bid didn’t conform with the county’s request.
