Coughlin Gets New Atlanta Office, IP Group

Law360, New York (January 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two attorneys have made the jump from general practice firm Duane Morris LLP to plaintiffs' firm Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP, where they will open an Atlanta office and start the firm's first-ever IP litigation group.

John C. Herman and Ryan K. Walsh are officially joining Coughlin Stoia on Friday. Though they will mainly focus on enforcing the patent rights of inventors, innovators and universities, they will also work on a few securities cases and other matters.
