Skin Care Co. Can't Scrub Out Doc's Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 4:34 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday kept in place allegations that skin care product supplier Revision LP conspired to fix prices with a company that sells its products, finding that a doctor who sued the companies did enough to allege antitrust violations.
