Calif. Court Sends Greenberg Glusker RE Suit To Arbitration

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 7:29 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday reversed a lower court's order denying Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP's bid to force arbitration in a suit over a $4.4 million real estate deal that went south, ruling an arbitration stipulation applies to all parties.
