Texas Wrong Forum For Insurer's Malpractice Suit: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 9:09 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday refused to revive an insurance company's malpractice case alleging Breazeale Sachse & Wilson LLP mishandled an insurance claim, affirming a Texas federal court's finding that it lacked jurisdiction because the parties were from out of state and the lawyers had too little contact with Texas.
