$2M Award Upheld In Malpractice Firm Funding Row

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 8:02 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge on Thursday confirmed a $2 million arbitration award granted to investment company Physicians Insurance Capital LLC in a suit accusing a medical malpractice insurance firm of misleading investors about the amount of capital it held during a private investment round.
