Ousted Dallas City Judges Blocked On Appeal From Suing City

Law360, Dallas (July 18, 2013, 8:02 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday said a group of Dallas municipal judges are barred from suing the city over their ouster last year, saying a trial court had no jurisdiction over the case because it is moot, the judges lack standing and because it could not issue an advisory opinion.
