Fed. Circ. Affirms RIM's BlackBerry Camera Patent Win

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 7:37 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday affirmed BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd.’s win in a patent infringement suit over digital camera technology, rejecting arguments by St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc. that a lower court erroneously denied its alternative infringement theory.
