Fed. Circ. Overturns CIT Ruling On Target's Tool Kit Nail Duties

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday ordered the U.S. Department of Commerce to reconsider its ruling that China-made steel nails included in tool kits sold by Target Corp. are subject to the same duties owed on other imported nails, saying the department’s reasoning was unclear.
