High Court Pushed To Revive ATM Fee Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A group of bank customers that allege Bank of America NA, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and others fixed ATM interchange fees recently urged the U.S. Supreme Court to reinstate their case, saying they should be considered direct purchasers with standing to sue.
