By Ignoring High Court, 6th Circ. Risks 2nd Whirlpool Review

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 8:11 PM ET) -- In reaffirming the certification of a class of washing machine owners suing Whirlpool Corp., the Sixth Circuit sidestepped the very ruling the U.S. Supreme Court ordered it to look to for guidance, tempting the high court to undertake a repeat review of the closely watched case.
