Ukrainian Bank Seeking $78M Wants Ex-Head's Assets Frozen

Law360, Wilmington (July 18, 2013, 11:09 PM ET) -- A Ukrainian bank seeking to recover $78 million from its onetime chief urged the Delaware Chancery Court on Thursday to block his access to his U.S. assets, saying they otherwise might not be around by the time the bank's pending arbitration case is decided in London.
