Cross & Simon Attorney Accused Of Malpractice

Law360, Wilmington (July 18, 2013, 8:29 PM ET) -- An attorney at Delaware law firm Cross & Simon LLC was accused of legal malpractice Thursday by a real estate firm that claims the lawyer's handling of its bankruptcy proceedings resulted in the case being dismissed and led to it being placed in receivership.
