OECD’s Global Tax Push Could Be Stymied By Local Interests

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 7:59 PM ET) -- An action plan aimed at curbing global corporations' tax-avoidance schemes released Friday by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development will work only if individual countries work to meet those standards, and that could prove to be its downfall.
