NJ Court Upholds Seller's Win In Condo Conversion Battle

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 8:15 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Friday upheld a judgment against a real estate firm that backed out of purchasing an apartment building, dismissing the firm's argument that the seller's inability to prove the building's adherence to rent control ordinances invalidated the contract.
