No Bratz Coverage For MGA, 9th Circ. Hears

Law360, Los Angeles (July 25, 2013, 7:21 PM ET) -- Lexington Insurance Co. and Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co. urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to vacate a lower court ruling ordering them to pay millions of dollars in legal fees for MGA Entertainment Inc.'s Bratz doll trade secrets fight, arguing the district judge erroneously imposed a duty to defend unpled allegations.
