Ex-Congress Aide May Quash Fraud Conviction, DC Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (July 19, 2013, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday ruled that an ex-Capitol Hill staffer may erase his conviction for conspiracy to commit honest-services wire fraud, ruling he did not need to prove his innocence of an uncharged offense with a lower sentencing range.
