San Francisco Eyes Delay On Big-Box Zoning Changes

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 7:09 PM ET) -- A slew of proposed changes to how San Francisco regulates big-box and retail chain projects are clogging up the zoning pipeline, and city planning staff asked officials Thursday for a time out so they can study the issue on a larger level.
