Shake-Up Of Brass Will Help End Efficiency Woes, DOE Says

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 9:00 PM ET) -- The Energy Department’s newly announced management shuffle will help it clamber out of historic problems with efficiency and security thrown into relief by recent political disasters including the failure of Solyndra LLC and the 2012 break-in at a high-security Tennessee nuclear facility, the DOE deputy secretary told a House panel Wednesday.
