KKR Enters Indonesia With Food Co. Stake Acquisition

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 3:07 PM EDT) -- On the heels of closing the largest pan-Asian fund ever, an affiliate of New York-based KKR & Co. LP has struck the company’s first deal in Indonesia, nabbing a minority stake in a popular local food manufacturer, according to a Monday statement.
