Lawmakers Mull Repeal Of Medicare Growth Rule

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- A new bipartisan bill that aims to repeal Medicare’s so-called sustainable growth rate for physician payments will modernize a currently outdated payment system and ensure that patients receive treatment based on best practices, two Republican members of the House Energy and Commerce committee said on Monday.
