DLA Piper Loses Bid For Quick Win In Landlord Fee Fight

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- DLA Piper is not entitled to summary judgment on a claim that Manhattan landlord William Koeppel ran up more than $88,000 in unpaid legal fees, a New York City judge ruled in a decision posted Friday that also says Koeppel's counterclaim that the law firm overbilled him may have merit.
