Becton Dealt Another Setback In Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (February 01, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation against Becton Dickinson & Co. for allegedly violating antitrust laws with the sale of hypodermic products has denied the company's bid to force another party to comply with a subpoena.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Claire Cecchi rejected Becton Dickinson’s motion to compel non-party distributor Medline Industries Inc. to abide by a recently issued subpoena.
