ITC Import Bans In IP Cases Need Overhaul, White House Told

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 7:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission's import bans in patent cases do not provide enough information about what they cover, so enforcement procedures are unpredictable and must be revamped, intellectual property groups and companies told the White House on Friday.
