Rutgers, Conference Spar Over $2.5M In Revenue Withholding

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 5:54 PM EDT) -- The American Athletic Conference on Monday struck back against Rutgers University's claims that it improperly kept $2.5 million in revenue amid the parties' dispute over what Rutgers may owe for departing to the Big Ten Conference, arguing that the issue belongs in arbitration.
