Telefonica In Talks To Pay $8B For KPN's German Unit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 22, 2013, 10:03 PM ET) -- The German unit of Telefonica SA is looking to combine itself with E-Plus, the German mobile phone unit of Royal KPN NV, in a bid to boost its competitiveness in Europe’s toughest wireless market, Telefonica confirmed Monday.
