Medicare Doctor Pay Overhaul Clears House Panel

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 3:37 PM EDT) -- A House health subcommittee on Tuesday approved a bipartisan proposal to repeal Medicare’s so-called sustainable growth rate and replace it with an alternative system based on quality of care that would be phased in over five years.
