Fla. Hospice Pays $1M To End Employee Whistleblower Suit

Law360, Miami (July 22, 2013, 5:15 PM EDT) -- A Florida hospice company on Monday agreed to pay $1 million to resolve a False Claims Act suit filed by two former employees who accuse it of defrauding Medicare and Medicaid programs by submitting false claims for hospice services.
