SAC Says Owner Didn't Overlook Signs Of Insider Trading

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 2:43 PM EDT) -- SAC Capital Advisors LP on Monday pushed back against government allegations that owner Steven A. Cohen failed to properly supervise senior employees accused of insider trading, saying that Cohen didn’t overlook any red flags of illegal conduct by his subordinates.
