Eolas 'Interactive Web' Patents Invalid, Fed. Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 2:54 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed a jury's verdict invalidating two Eolas Technologies Inc. patents that the company claimed cover basic Web technology, handing a victory to Google Inc. and other companies that pressed the case after many others settled.
