Medicis Conspired To Block Generic Solodyn, Suit Says

Law360, Philadelphia (July 23, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The United Food & Commercial Workers launched a putative antitrust class action in Pennsylvania state court Monday alleging Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. and other drugmakers banded together to prevent an artificial version of the acne medication Solodyn from hitting the market.
