Indicted Texas Judge To Get Public Defender

Law360, Houston (July 25, 2013, 9:36 PM ET) -- A Texas judge indicted on abuse of office charges temporarily avoided on Thursday prosecutors’ request that he be jailed for allegedly posting inflammatory comments about the case on his Facebook page, until a public defender can be appointed to represent him.
