Mo. Court Overturns Monsanto Cancer Suit Dismissal

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 2:25 PM ET) -- A Missouri appeals court on Tuesday revived a lawsuit alleging Monsanto Co. successor Pharmacia Corp. is liable for injuries to individuals who developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma from exposure to toxic polychlorinated biphenyls that were produced by the company.
