Patent Atty Hit With Malpractice Suit Over AT&T Licenses

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 10:37 PM EDT) -- A New York inventor filed a malpractice suit Monday in New Jersey federal court alleging patent attorney Jack Olivo settled his patent infringement suit without his knowledge or consent, forcing him to cheaply license patents to an AT&T Inc. subsidiary.
