CIT Sinks Chinese Exporter's Bid For Lower Shrimp Duty

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 3:19 PM ET) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Tuesday denied Chinese seafood exporter Hilltop International's bid for obtaining a lower anti-dumping rate on shipments of frozen shrimp, finding that U.S. officials had adequately shown that Hilltop had concealed information linking it to a Cambodian shrimp exporter.
