Victoria's Secret Says It's Not Infringing Thomas Pink

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 7:41 PM ET) -- The owners of Victoria's Secret lodged a declaratory judgment lawsuit Wednesday against high-end male clothier Thomas Pink, seeking a ruling that its "Pink" line of lingerie doesn't infringe any trademarks.

The lingerie giant said Thomas Pink Ltd. sparked the lawsuit by filing an infringement action in U.K. court in May, accusing Victoria's Secret without prior notice of confusing consumers by selling products under the "Pink" brand name.
