Germany Renews Antitrust Claims On Hotel Booking Site

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Germany's antitrust watchdog on Thursday renewed its complaint that Robert Ragge GmbH's Hotel Reservation Service's policy requiring hotels to offer their lowest rates on its website violates European and German competition law.
