US Defends Samsung Plasma TV Duties At Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 4:40 PM ET) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection told the Federal Circuit on Wednesday that certain Samsung International Inc. plasma televisions imported from Mexico weren't eligible for duty-free treatment under the North American Free Trade Agreement because they included parts made in South Korea.
