Calif. Appeals Court OKs Marin County Ban On Plastic Bags

Law360, Los Angeles (July 26, 2013, 4:16 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court has upheld a Marin County, Calif., ordinance banning the use of plastic bags at some retailers, saying the county presented adequate evidence to show the ban would have a positive impact on the environment.
