Autotrader Beats Tech Licensing Suit In Pa. Appeals Court

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 7:10 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Thursday ruled that a lawsuit against accusing the company of improperly licensing an Internet application designed to determine a vehicle's trade-in value should be tossed out, upholding a trial court decision.
