Pa. Developer Says His Brother Froze Him Out Of Business

Law360, Philadelphia (July 26, 2013, 6:02 PM ET) -- The co-founder of a Pennsylvania real estate development firm filed suit in state court Tuesday alleging that his brother had conspired to squeeze him out of several jointly owned businesses in violation of his employment agreement, and had failed to repay loans and other interests he was owed.
